Navigate to Windows\System32\inetsrv\config
Open Applicationhost.config in notepadd++
Make a change to file and save it
Run appcmd list config -section you changed
Note change not showing

There is not a 64 bit version of Jet 4, so classic asp that used it on an older server ported over will not run on
64 bit version of IIS.
